Ribera Vineyards is owned and operated by Molly & Darrel Roby The vineyard was first planted in 2000 with Pinot Noir (115), Pinot Gris (146), and Chardonnay (95) all grafted on Philoxera resistant root stock(101-14). Additional plantings in 2005 consisted of Pinot Noir (777), Pinot Noir (828) vines. In April 2006, Pinot Noir (Pommard) was added as the last block, all on 101-14 root stock. Our first estate wines were produced in 2004 with 25 cases on Pinot Noir, 23 cases of Chardonnay, and 23 cases of Pinot Gris. In 2005 we produced a total of 200 cases by including grapes from another vineyard, in 2006 385 cases, and in 2007 800 cases still in barrels.
